Possibility Theory – Microsoft

Xbox 360 failed in January. I logged in, ordered tag, packed, sent, received – cool banana (except obviously a frustration that it was as usual ‘well known problem’ but for which ‘you know who’ extended warranty).

 

In February something else within failed. I emailed and get already known response …

It is interesting how many days they hard coded to reset the system to be blank and accept a new request – 30 days?
