It is enough to try to keep a user on first page as well as to avoid accidental cancellation. Second page default should be ‘Cancel Account’ – otherwise it will be no feedback submitted – people type their reasons, click bigger button to find themselves back to account page. Next time nobody will bother to type anything – I think.
