Make 7 Last And The Least, Amen

I have been evaluating Mantis as a bug tracking tool and noticed that it flips between two different accounts I used for testing. I opened FireFox and Safari and found that this is only IE7 problem.

I would add supported browsers into client requirements (now only server side ones mentioned) or fixed this security IE7 specific nonsense.
