Left/Right Handed Ratio, Defaults and Flexibility

With 10% left-handed / 90% right-handed ratio I would put Refresh button in Firefox on right side by default taking in account how ‘easy’ this is.
Couldn’t find a way to move buttons to left in IE7 – not left handed friendliness.
