Do they realise?

Fig 1 I have to enable pictures in virtually every eBay email I have got

 

This is because they arrive all the time from different eBay hosts. Do they realise that some people may delete emails BEFORE they enable pictures which could interest them to buy something from eBay which was the purpose of sending it? Do they realise how easy it is to send them (or pretend sending) from a single node?
