Power of AJAX is to never ever show this to users (blank pages in all browsers).
Power of AJAX is to be able to be USER FRIENDLY as soon as you loaded tiny JS file and not in assuming that you can load lots of big JS files and be user friendly afterwards.
That tiny file will tell me in a user friendly way that you can not load very-very big JS file to show my Inbox in a very-very cool way I do not want anyway.

How useful is a two days lagging usage meter on broadband account with limited downloads.
Integration
You have to login twice - once to check your email and second to check your account settings including Usage Meter with the same username/password.
Why not to link them and remove these twins?

1. ‘Submit’ is invisible on 19′ LCD monitor. You have to scroll down to click it but …
2. … if focus will be on this drop down AND you will use mouse wheel to scroll down - selected value in drop down will change and chances high you will not notice it so …
3. … why not to move ‘Submit’ button somewhere where it can be pressed without scrolling even on 15′ monitor?
